QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY
Everything you need to know about tracking and receiving your order.
My tracking has not moved in days. Is that normal?
Yes. International packages can travel for several days without receiving a new scan. Your tracking will update again when the package reaches the next distribution centre or your destination country.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–17 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier operations and customs processing.
I have not received my tracking number yet.
Your tracking number is sent by email after your order has been prepared and shipped. Please also check your spam or promotions folder before contacting our support team.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become available after shipment. If it still does not work after this period, please contact our support team with your order number.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to change the address before your order is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, the address usually cannot be changed.
Nobody was home when the carrier arrived. What happens now?
The carrier may attempt another delivery or send your package to a nearby pickup point. Check the latest tracking update for instructions from your local carrier.
